About Eric

Eric Mendelsohn is the Founder & Principal of Archveo Advisors, an M&A advisory firm focused on helping owners of established businesses navigate the sale of their companies.

With more than seven years of experience in business sales and M&A, Eric advises business owners throughout the entire transaction process, from valuation and preparation through marketing, buyer qualification, negotiation, due diligence, and closing. He has been recognized with Presidents Club Awards in 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025.

A native New Yorker, Eric brings a combination of financial analysis, transaction experience, negotiation, and practical business judgment to every engagement. His approach is straightforward and highly personal: understand what matters to the owner, position the business effectively, identify qualified buyers, and manage the process toward the best achievable outcome.

Before founding Archveo Advisors, Eric spent more than seven years advising buyers and sellers of privately held businesses. Earlier in his career, he completed more than 300 residential real estate sales and rental transactions, developing extensive experience in negotiation, marketing, and managing complex transactions.

Prior to real estate, Eric spent five and a half years at Credit Suisse, where he worked in client valuations, financial analysis, and project management.

Eric holds a BA in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and an MBA from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School. He is also active in the New York business community and serves as President of XPX New York.

Through Archveo Advisors, Eric works primarily with owners of established privately held businesses who are considering a sale, preparing for an eventual exit, or looking to better understand the value of what they have built.
